If you are unhappy with your prints or gifts, I will work with Smugmug to either reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer. Simply send email to help@smugmug.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Replacement prints from them almost always look identical to the first set you receive, but Smugmug can often help adjust your originals to provide better results.
